HOF Capital Files for New $300M Venture Fund

HOF Capital is targeting $300M for HOF Capital Strategic Opportunities Fund, seeking to match what it raised in 2022 for its second early-stage fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

HOF Capital is a multi-stage venture capital firm supported by more than 240 LPs across the US and 36 other countries. It provides long-term-focused capital to startups involved in industries including real estate, security, energy, information technology, automotive, healthcare and aerospace.

Companies in HOF Capital's portfolio include the artificial intelligence company xAI and the drug discovery and development company insitro, and it was an early-stage investor in companies such as Kraken, Epic Games, and Republic.
