FUNDRAISING NEWS | November 25, 2024
Paris-based global investor Eurazeo has announced its exit of French cybersecurities services provider I-TRACING to a continuation fund, which raised €180M (~$189M) in capital commitments on final closing.
The reinvestment round was co-led by Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities and TPG GP Solutions, with backing from both new and existing Eurazeo LPs. The fund will continue Eurazeo investments into I-TRACING, including deployment of follow-on capital, with the firm in co-control alongside Oakley Capital, while Sagard NewGen also took a minority stake in the company under the transaction. Eurazeo has been an anchor investor for I-TRACING since 2021.
Eurazeo oversees €25.2B (~$26.5B) in assets across its private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure funds, against a total AUM of €35.5B (~$37.3B). The firm said it supports approximately 600 companies.
