Elevation Point Stakes $750M Michigan RIA Stonebrook Private

RIA investor Elevation Point announced that it has made a strategic investment in Northville, MI-based Stonebrook Private, a fee-only RIA that manages $750M in client assets.

Stonebrook’s 10-person team is led by father-son duo Todd and Spencer Knickerbocker and focuses on comprehensive wealth management, tax and estate planning, and retirement services in the Midwest. In a statement, Elevation Point CEO Jim Dickson said the investment sets the stage for the year ahead, with more deals to come.

Dickson launched Elevation Point last year with backing from United Atlantic Capital founder and Chairman Mark Penske and in tandem with the purchase of $3.4B RIA and OCIO Mount Yale Capital. Dickson is the founder and former CEO of serial RIA acquirer Sanctuary Wealth.
