Elevation Point Recruits New COO from Dynasty

Elevation Point has added to its executive team with the hiring of Caitlin Douglas as founding partner and COO, the company confirmed in a LinkedIn post.

Douglas joins from Dynasty Financial Partners, where she oversaw transition services and co-headed service. Prior to Dynasty, she served as director of client services for two years at Keeney Financial Group, with previous experience as well in territory sales management and wealth management. Douglas brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services across four firms before her new executive position at Elevation Point.

Minneapolis-based Elevation Partners was launched in June by CEO Jim Dickson and co-founder Mark Penske, at the time immediately announcing plans to acquire $3.4B Mount Yale Capital Group.
