The Dynasty Financial Partners’ executive team has undergone an internal reorganization with the hiring of a new chief operating officer and creation of roles for chief growth officer and head of core services, according to a September 26 press release.
Marc Hineman joins the Florida-based RIA as COO, having worked previously in the same position at fintech company Pico before his departure in April. Two executives-in-residence have also been appointed into new roles: Vice Chairman Andrew Marsh as head of core services, and Tim Oden as chief growth officer. The new roles intend to streamline operations and drive growth in Dynasty and its network of firms.
Per its website, Dynasty has over 400 financial advisors in its network, and oversees $100B in AUM as of the second quarter.
