Delaware Public Employees’ Reallocates to 2 Index Managers

The Delaware Public Employees’ Retirement System approved reallocating approximately $333 million to two new Index Funds at their May 22 investment committee meeting.

Approximately $117 million was allocated to the BlackRock Russell 1000 Value Index Fund.

An additional $216 million was allocated to the BlackRock MSCI ACWI ex-US Index Fund. This investment introduces a new account to the Fund.

Funding for the two investments will come from the liquidation of the $333 million account, Kiltearn Global Equity.
