Private investment firm Corrum Capital Management closed on a single-asset continuation fund to extend its investment in aviation parts provider AvAir.
GP-led secondaries specialist New 2ND Capital, which focuses on the North American middle and lower-middle market, led the transaction. Corrum said the fundraise, for which it did not disclose the total amount of capital raised, allows it to both provide liquidity to existing LPs and inject capital for the growth and expansion of AvAir. It first invested in AvAir in 2019.
Metric Point Capital was the exclusive financial advisor for the fundraising. Corrum tapped Winston & Strawn as legal counsel for the transaction.
