Commonwealth Poaches Two Long Island (NY) Firms with $495M AUM from Osaic

Commonwealth Financial Network announced that two Jericho, NY-based firms with a combined $495M in client assets have joined its network from Osaic.

Both firms were founded in the early 1990s and have been with Osaic and its predecessors since their founding, even sharing office space in Jericho. Full Spectrum Financial brings founder Pat Lanotte along with advisors Christopher Jones and Paul Michaluk. The team reportedly advises on $329M in client assets. NXT Phase Financial joined Commonwealth with founder John Carbonara and advisor Michael Murray, adding $166M in AUM. 

Founded in 1979, Commonwealth operates out of dual headquarters in Waltham, MA, and San Diego, with a network of 2,200 independent advisors managing $296B in client assets.
