Cetera’s employee-based RIA, The Retirement Planning Group (TRPG), announced its acquisition of Parrott Wealth Management, in a press release published September 24.
Led by William Parrott, the Austin, TX-based wealth manager oversaw approximately $185M in AUM as of year-end 2023. Three full-time professionals will be integrated into TRPG/Cetera and will report to TRPG CEO Kevin Conard.
This is the fourth acquisition by Kansas-based TRPG since its own acquisition by Cetera in 2023. The RIA says it now manages over $2.6B in client assets as of June 30.
