Cerity Acquires LA Tax Planner Fishman Block + Diamond

Cerity Partners is purchasing LA-based independent, full-service accounting, tax and business advisory firm Fishman Block + Diamond.

The independent wealth management firm said the transaction will expand its tax offerings,  allowing it to better serve high-net worth individuals and families in the city. Fishman Block, with its 46 experienced professionals, will be rebranded Fishman Block + Diamond, by Cerity Partners, upon completion of the acquisition.
