$255M Metro Boston, KC Teams Move from Osaic to Cetera

Cetera Financial announced that it has recruited advisor teams operating out of Brookline, MA, and Independence, MO, from Osaic, where they managed a combined $255M in client assets.

Advisors Jennifer Read and Terri Steele bring a combined 52 years of experience to the venture. Steele, who operates the Missouri practice, will be joined in the move by advisors Amy Hollon and Lindsey Burnside. According to a news release announcing the move, she and Read met at an industry conference and, seeking a way for their practices to better collaborate, chose to move to Cetera.

Read has over 20 years of industry experience and had been with Osaic since 2010. Steele had been with Woodbury Financial Services, which was fully integrated into Osaic in January 2024, since 2017. She began her career in 1993 at Guardian Investor Services, while Read began hers in 2001 with New England Securities.

At Cetera, Read will operate as Coolidge Wealth Management, serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and privately held businesses. Cetera did not disclose whether Steele, who co-owns Evans and Steele Financial with advisor William Evans, will continue to operate under that name or a new one following the move. According to Evans’ BrokerCheck profile, he is also now affiliated with Cetera.
