With five of these nine events clustered in mid-to-late September, most fund managers can't attend all of them. A few filters worth applying before committing budget:
Separate emerging manager and structured credit events from allocator forums. Beyond Buyouts and HELOCS and Second Liens are built around specific manager types and asset classes, while events like the ACC Private Credit Investor Forum and LPGP Connect London are built around institutional LP access. The right fit depends on the goal.
Weigh complimentary LP access as a signal of room quality. Both LPGP Connect London and the Moody's CLO conference offer free or complimentary access to qualified institutional attendees, which tends to mean a more concentrated allocator audience than paid general-admission events.
Account for the September 24 overlap. Private Credit Series Toronto and LPGP Connect London both run September 24. Firms with LPs in both markets will need to choose.
Dakota Marketplace's Conference tab tracks every event on this list and more:
Dakota Marketplace also tracks private credit allocators globally, from public pension systems to family offices and endowments, filterable by geography, AUM, asset class allocation, and investment team contacts with direct emails.
Before your next conference, know exactly which allocators in the room are worth a meeting.
