Wilmington Trust Promotes US Markets Head to Oversee Wealth Management

Wilmington Trust has tapped its head of US Markets, Senior Executive Vice President Lisa Roberts, as the firm’s new head of wealth management.

Roberts has been with Wilmington since May 2023, having held managing director roles at four previous companies, including Bank of America and Citi Private Bank. She also served as CFO for Wells Fargo Private Bank early on in her nearly 25-year career.

In her new role, Roberts will be charged with setting the strategic direction for the company’s wealth operations and joins parent M&T Bank's enterprise leadership team to ensure alignment between M&T business goals and the wealth management division.
