Victor Capital Partners Exceeds Target in $310M Fund II Close

Middle-market private equity firm Victor Capital Partners closed on $310M in capital commitments for its Victor Capital Partners Fund II.

In an October 16 press release, Victor Capital said Fund II exceeded its targets with backing from both existing and new investors. Led by limited partners Douglas Korn, David Affinito, and Matthew McLain, the fund aims to invest equity capital ranging from approximately $25M to $100M per transaction, and has completed a first investment with the acquisition of Nashville-based wheel service and manufacturer The Coats Company in January.

Lincoln International Private Funds Advisory acted as placement agent for Victor Capital in the deal, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor.
