UBS Welcomes Merrill FA Duo Team

UBS has added Colorado-based financial advisors Ora DeMorrow and Brendan Goffinet from Merrill Lynch to its Denver Tech office. They will operate as DG Capital Management alongside Senior Registered Client Associate Joan Hafermeister, reporting to Market Director Bruce Dillard. The team manages approximately $360 million in client assets and generates around $2.5 million in annual revenue.

Brendan Goffinet, with 24 years of experience, previously worked at Merrill since 2015 and Morgan Stanley for nearly 15 years. His services include wealth management, asset management, legacy planning, and consulting on business exit strategies and retirement plans. Ora DeMorrow, with 13 years of experience, had spent her entire career at Merrill, serving families, individuals, corporate executives, and businesses.

With the addition of DeMorrow and Goffinet, UBS has recruited over 21 advisors from Merrill Lynch in 2024, collectively overseeing more than $9 billion in assets.
