Tulare County Retains Leeward as Small Cap Value Equity Manager

Tulare County Employees’ Retirement Association retained Leeward for the Small Cap Value mandate.

TCERA held an exploratory small cap value search with the help of investment consultant, Verus.

Leeward will be invited to present an update to the Board in one year rather than the regular biennial presentation.

The actual and target allocations to domestic equities as of March 31, 2022, were 30.12% and 26% respectively.
