Sterling Investors Files for Sophomore Real Estate Fund

Sterling Investors filed with the SEC for its second real estate fund almost three years following the oversubscribed closing of its maiden fund at $410M.

The New York-based real estate investor did not disclose a target for Sterling Investors Fund II but indicated that it does not expect to be fundraising for more than a year.

Founded in 2020, Sterling closed on its debut Sterling Investors Fund I in 2021 above its $300M to $400M target. The first fund targeted opportunities in the real estate markets of North America and Western Europe.
