Slättö Hits Halfway Mark with $229.5M First Close of Nordic Value-add RE Fund

Stockholm-based private equity firm Slättö secured SEK2.5B (~$229.5M) in initial capital commitments at the first close of Slättö Value Add III.

The amount raised reflects half of the target for the firm's third flagship Nordic value-add real estate fund, with the first close occurring six months after the fund's launch. Slättö Value Add III will primarily invest in residential and light industrial assets, and so far it has completed three transactions, the firm said.

Roschier is providing advisory support for the fund, while JLL serves as the fund's exclusive placement agent in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
