The Santa Barbara County Employees’ Retirement has recently approved four commitments to alternatives totaling $40 million.
In private equity, $10 million was committed to Sterling Group Partners VI and $10 million to Bridgepoint Development Capital V.
In real estate, $10 million was committed to Lubert Adler Workforce Housing Fund II.
Lastly, in real assets, $10 million was committed to Tiverton Ag Legacy Holdings II.
As of December 31, 2023, SBCERS was valued at $4.25 billion.
