Former JPMorgan wealth management CTO Vinay Kant has moved to Kestra Holdings, where he will serve as EVP and chief digital technology officer, CityWire reported, citing the company’s September 26 Form ADV filing.

Per his LinkedIn profile, Kant brings over 20 years of experience in digital and technology solutions, most recently serving as CTO for digital and client technology in asset and wealth management at JP Morgan since April 2023. He joined JPMorgan in 2017 from MetLife.

Kant would be the newest C-suite member in Kestra’s executive team after the hiring of Jean-Luc Dupont as chief information security officer August last year.
