Quiet Capital Raises $378M in Latest Funding Round

Quiet Capital has raised approximately $378M in commitments thus far for the third vintage of its early-stage tech venture, according to the fund’s latest SEC Form D filing. 

Quiet Venture III has drawn support from 136 investors since it launched the fund in November 2022 with an undisclosed target amount. Fund III builds on the previous 2021 vintage VC generation Fund II, which raised $478.7M from 235 investors against a $500M cap.

The San Francisco-based firm focuses on investments across eight core sectors: AI, consumer, crypto, deeptech, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, and marketplace. Among its portfolio companies are API tooling platform Speakeasy, AI and automation company 11x, AGI research and code modeling developer Magic, and mental healthcare services provider Amae Health.
