Ontario Teachers' CFO Departing

The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers’) has announced the departure of CFO Tim Deacon effective April 5, 2024.  

Deacon joined Ontario Teachers’ in 2021 and is leaving the organization for a leadership role at another financial institution. 

Ontario Teachers' is set to begin the process of selecting a successor.

As of December 31, 2023, the Pension Fund has a market value of $247.5 billion in global investments.
