Amsterdam-based investment firm Mentha Capital has closed its first impact buy-out fund with €153M (approximately $166.8M) in captured commitments from private and institutional investors.
In an October 8 press release, Mentha said its Impact I fund was oversubscribed, and would target middle market companies in the Benelux and Denmark with focus on sustainable process technology and energy transition.
To date, the fund has made a first investment in Dutch insulation contractor Thermatras.
