Lazard on November 18 announced the appointment of Jennifer Tedesko as a managing director for its private capital advisory group, operating out of San Francisco, in a move aimed at boosting its West Coast private markets business.
In her new role at the financial advisory and asset management firm, Tedesko will focus on originating and advising private equity secondary opportunities. Lazard said it is also seeking to add a director focused on private equity distribution and recently transferred a staff member from its London office to handle private equity transaction management.
Tedesko joins with more than 25 years of private equity advisory and fundraising experience, most recently serving as a managing director at Campbell Lutyens, where she was responsible for sourcing and executing primary fundraisings and secondary transactions. Prior to that she spent 14 years as a partner at General Atlantic.
