The Laredo Firefighters’ Retirement System has approved changes to their target allocations including an 8% increase to US Large Cap Equities.
The US large cap equity target increased from 23% to 31%.
As a result, US mid cap equities were lowered from 8% to 4%, and US small cap equities was lowered from 10% to 6%.
The board also approved the creation of a 1% allocation to private real estate. Public real estate was reduced from 5% to 4%.
