PA SERS Commits $100M to Real Estate; Approves U.S. Equities Allocation Target

The Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System approved a $100 million commitment to real estate and an increase in the US equities target allocation, per a June 18th news release.

$100 million was allocated to IPI Partners III-A. IPI Partners is a new manager for SERS.

Also disclosed in the news release, the Board approved a decrease in its Emerging Markets Equity target allocation by 3%. As a result, 3% will be added to its US Equity target.
