KingsRock Advisors has announced entering into a strategic partnership with Dubai-based boutique financial services company Tell Group in a deal that would expand the New York-based RIA’s footprint to the MEA region.
The collaboration intends to combine the capabilities of both firms in investment banking, M&A advisory, and private capital solutions, particularly in private equity and private credit. Tell Group Founder and Chairman Yassine Bouhara described the move as a “pivotal step” in the boutique firm’s growth strategy that would “support regional and international investors with tailored strategies to navigate the increasingly complex global financial landscape.”
Both firms have previously collaborated on projects across the healthcare, defense, agriculture, technology, finance, asset management, and real estate sectors.
