Ireland Strategic Investment Fund Commits €125M to Infrastructure

The Ireland Strategic Investment Fund approved a €125 million investment in Foresight Energy Infrastructure partners II, according to a June 7th news release. 

Three separate commitments were previously announced including €200 million ($217M) to Copenhagen Infrastructure V, and €50 million ($54M) to Impax New Energy Investors IV. Additionally, €30 million ($33M) was allocated to ArcTern Ventures Fund III. 

These commitments bring ISIF’s total allocation to climate investments to €776 million since 2021, representing over 75% of the overall target.
