Global tax and advisory firm PKF O’Connor Davies announced a strategic growth investment from Investcorp and Montreal-based PSP Investments aimed at supporting the firm’s future growth and expansion of service offerings.
The investment will enable PKFOD to invest in new technologies and new service lines as well as provide the firm with flexibility for increased M&A activities. The firm currently operates out of 19 locations across seven US states, plus four locations in India.
Capstone Partners acted as the sole financial advisor, while Levenfeld Pearlstein provided legal counsel to PKFOD. Gibson Dunn served as legal advisor to Investcorp. Weil, Gotshal & Manges and McDermott Will & Emery provided legal and regulatory counsel, respectively, to PSP Investments.
