Illinois SURS Issues Real Assets Consultant RFP

The State Universities Retirement System of Illinois has issued an RFP for a Real Assets consultant.

Responses to the RFP are due on February 10, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. CST. A selection is anticipated by June 1, 2023.

The Real Assets portfolio was valued at $2 billion as of June 30, 2022 and is made up of private real estate, infrastructure, and farmland investments. The actual and target allocation to real assets is 9% and 13% respectively.
