Illinois Firefighters Hires Private Credit, Real Assets OCIO

The Illinois Firefighters’ Pension Investment Fund has hired two groups as an OCIO.

The Townsend Group will serve as their Real Assets OCIO and The Rock Creek Group will serve as Private Credit OCIO.

The RFP for OCIO advisory services was issued in early 2023.

The $8.7 billion Pension uses Marquette as their general investment consultant.
