ICR Capital, a broker-dealer providing transaction advisory services, has named J.D. Moriarty, a veteran with over 30 years in equity capital markets and former head of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s equity capital business in the Americas, as its new CEO.
Moriarty most recently served in a variety of leadership roles at LendingTree, including SVP of corporate development and CFO. Prior to that he spent over two decades at BAML in equity markets and investment banking, including serving as a managing director and Americas equity capital markets head.
ICR Capital advises corporate management teams, financial sponsors, venture capital firms, and boards of directors on a wide range of financial transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, SPAC transactions, block trades, alternative capital raising, and convertible and equity derivatives transactions.
