Focus Rebrands Hubs Following Recent Consolidation

Focus Financial Partners said it is rebranding its five advisory hubs under the Focus Partners name.

The firm had been actively building a wealth management platform since 2004 and over the past year moved to a “hub” strategy. It has been actively naming and consolidating hubs in recent months, with Cardinal Point most recently named the Canada hub, as reported by Dakota on January 6, and before that in December 2024 the firm named Los Angeles-based partner firm Gelfand, Renner & Feldman as its fourth hub. Focus said 14 firms have so far joined its hubs.

After the rebranding, The Colony Group and Buckingham Strategic Wealth will now operate as Focus Partners Wealth. Buckingham Strategic Partners is now Focus Partners Advisor Solutions. Kovitz Investment Group is now Kovitz, A Focus Partners Firm, and SCS Financial will operate as SCS Financial, Focus Partners Family Office & OCIO. Gelfand, Rennert, and Feldman is now Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, Focus Partners Business Management. Finally, Cardinal Point will now operate as Cardinal Point, Focus Partners Canada.
