Crescent Capital Backs Mayfair Equity Partners' VG Stake Acquisition

Crescent Capital Group said November 18 it provided financial support for Mayfair Equity Partners' acquisition of a minority stake in Jersey, UK-based fund administration services provider VG.

The alternative credit investment firm executed the financing support under its European specialty lending strategy. VG caters to clients that manage more than £14B of assets globally.
