Clearstead Advisors announced that Bradley Knapp has been appointed as the firm’s new president and CEO, effective January 1, 2025.
Knapp succeeds David Fulton, Jr., who will continue as a member of the board of directors for the Cleveland-based advisor. In a statement announcing the move, Fulton said Knapp’s appointment is in line with Clearstead’s longstanding management succession plan. Clearstead manages $47B in assets for private clients, institutions, and trusts and counts 300 institutional clients for its OCIO services.
Before joining Clearstead in 2016, Knapp was senior vice president at PNC Private Bank Hawthorn and Key Private Bank. He also served as vice president for McDonald Financial Group.
