Chicago Metro Negotiating with Private Credit Manager

The Chicago Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement is finalizing a private credit search.

According to minutes from the April 24th Board meeting, staff is negotiating an agreement with Partners Group for a private credit mandate.

As of December 31, 2023, the $1.5 billion pension fund allocates approximately 1% to private credit with a target of 5%.
