Following its deal with First Citizens State Bank, Cetera Financial Group has entered into another networking agreement with a Philadelphia-area financial institution.
Citadel Credit Union moved its affiliation from CUSO Financial Services to Cetera in a bid to grow its investments program through “expanded solutions and services, and enhanced technology,” according to Sheri Perkins, head of wealth management and retirement for Citadel. As of June 30, the credit union serves over 260,000 members and manages more than $6B in total assets.
Cetera earlier closed similar networking deals to support the formerly LPL-affiliated investment services unit of Whitewater, WI-based First Citizens State Bank, and prior to that, the wealth management unit of Eglin Federal Credit Union in Fort Walton Beach, FL, as reported by Dakota on December 4 and November 15, respectively.
