Cetera Holdings announced the retirement of Cetera Financial Group CEO Adam Antoniades, effective December 31. Antoniades will continue to serve as a member of the firm’s board of directors.
The firm saw significant growth under Antoniades’ six years at the helm, acquiring nine companies, increasing AUM by 200% and total revenue by nearly $2.8B. Cetera Financial also developed the AdviceWorks and Growth360 proprietary platforms during his tenure.
With Antoniades’ retirement, Mike Durbin, who is currently serving as the CEO of Cetera Holdings, will add the title and role of CEO of Cetera Financial to his remit.
