Baltimore Employees’ Invests $30 Million in Private Equity

The Baltimore Employees’ Retirement System has invested $30 million to private equity healthcare fund, Chicago Pacific Founders Fund III, according to recently released minutes from the May 19 meeting.

The Retirement System has previously invested in Chicago Pacific Founders.

As of April 30, 2022, the $2 billion pension has a 15.3% allocation to private equity. Their investment policy target to private equity is 15%.
