Baltimore City Fire and Police Retirement Commits $20M to Real Estate

According to meeting materials from the May 21st board meeting, the Baltimore City Fire and Police Retirement System approved a $20 million commitment to JLC Infrastructure Fund II. 

JLC Infrastructure Fund II is an opportunistic real estate fund strategy.

As of March 31, 2024, the $3.27 billion Retirement Fund allocates 9.2% to real estate.
