Ameriprise Financial Snags Edward Jones Advisor

Nathan Brown, a Kalamazoo, MI-based financial advisor formerly with Edward Jones, has joined Ameriprise Financial's branch channel, according to a September 5 news release.

At Edward Jones, Brown managed approximately $150M in client assets. He entered the financial services industry in 2015 after a 20-year career in the United States Air Force. He will bring Client Service Associate Kelli Besser with him to Ameriprise.

In the news release, Brown said he made the move to Ameriprise for its advanced technology platform and enhanced financial planning tools.
