Saudi Venture Capital (SVC) said it has invested in Aliph Fund I, a broad-sector growth fund that focuses on mid-market companies across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Aliph Fund I, managed by Dubai-based private equity firm Aliph Capital, employs an active ownership model in its investments. SVC did not disclose how much it has invested in the fund, which marks its seventh investment in private equity funds following investments in strategies managed by Alpha Capital, GCC Asia Growth Fund, TVM Capital, Investcorp, Olive Rock, and General Atlantic.
