The Alameda County Employees’ Retirement Association is planning two searches following the approval of the new international equity portfolio structure.
The new international equity equity structure that was approved includes 62% in developed markets; 33% of which will be passively managed and 29% of which will be actively managed. In addition, the structure will include 28% in emerging markets, all actively managed. And 10% in international small cap, all actively managed.
As a result, an Emerging Markets manager search is being planned for Q2 2023 with an estimated completion date between $1 2023 and Q1 2024.
In addition, an International Small Cap search is being planned for Q1 2024.
