$594M RIA RiversEdge Advisors Promotes CFO to CEO

Wilmington, DE-based RiversEdge Advisors announced the promotion of Tim Mihok to partner and CEO as it expands its wealth management offerings to include tax planning and business advisory services.

Mihok served as RiversEdge CFO for two years, working closely with founding partners Brian Carney and Jarrett Morris. As CFO, Mihok was involved in shaping the firm’s tax and advisory services. Carney said in a statement that Mihok’s promotion to CEO is critical as the firm continues to grow its team of advisors and support specialists and expand its areas of expertise.

RiversEdge was founded in 2012, catering to the financial planning needs of high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. The firm reported $594M in regulatory assets under management, of which $409M were for high-net-worth individuals, as of a January 8 Form ADV filing.
