4100FS’ Gries Hires New Chief Growth Officer

Cleveland-based Gries Financial Partners, an affiliate of 4100 Group Financial Services (4100FS), has announced the hiring of Carina Diamond as chief growth officer to both the RIA and its parent company, per a press release published September 26.

Diamond previously worked under the same title in Dakota Wealth Management (not affiliated with Dakota Marketplace) before leaving in July 2023 to found her own consulting firm, Stella Secunda. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry and will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across 4100FS portfolio companies, including Gries.

Gries said it currently services $1.7B in AUM and AUA across the Midwest and Southeast US.
