Ryan Sterl joined Dakota in July 2025 as an Investment Research Associate, supporting the firm's in-house Research team. He now works with the Product team as a Product Partnership Associate. Prior to joining Dakota, Ryan worked as a professional boat captain, bringing a unique blend of discipline and navigational precision to his current role.

Outside the office, Ryan is an avid boater, aviation enthusiast, and enjoys golf.
