Mike McLaughlin joined Dakota in February 2025 as our Director of Health and Fitness, bringing his expertise in wellness and performance to the team. Before Dakota, he worked as a health and fitness instructor, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and education.

Michael holds a degree from the National Personal Training Institute (N.P.T.I.) and is passionate about promoting a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, meditative walks, and tackling home improvement projects.
