Kate O’Connor joined Dakota in April 2025 as a Customer Success Manager, working alongside our Customer Success team to support and grow our Customers for Marketplace. She brings valuable experience from The Alloy Market, where she served as Chief of Staff and Head of Compliance.

Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State University and holds an MBA from Rosemont College.

A proud Philadelphia resident, Kate enjoys exploring the city’s restaurant scene. Outside the office, she stays active by finding new fitness classes, attending concerts, and cheering on the Eagles and Phillies. She also dedicates time to volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House.
