Announced July 27, 2026, the deal added a business expected to generate about $360 million in 2026 revenue, with most of it coming from the aftermarket. IFCEM holds roughly 36% of the Ukrainian cement market and reported 2025 revenue of UAH 16.25 billion (about US 362 million) with a 26.4% net margin, and the deal extends TCC’s European cement footprint into Eastern Europe. It remains subject to regulatory approvals in Taiwan, Ukraine, and other jurisdictions, with Morgan Stanley advising.
