Below are the top 10 industrial transactions.
Anduril Industries has raised $5 billion in a Series H round led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz at a $61 billion valuation — the largest defence tech raise of the year — as the company more than doubled revenue to $2.2 billion in 2025 and aggressively scales production of autonomous systems, counter-drone technology, and software-defined defence infrastructure. The capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity and R&D as Anduril positions itself as a faster-moving alternative to traditional defence primes, arguing that mass-produced autonomous systems and industrial-scale output are essential to Western military readiness ahead of what it describes as a "window of maximum danger" around 2027.
Zayo has completed its acquisition of Crown Castle's Fiber Solutions business as part of a broader $8.5 billion combined transaction, strengthening its digital infrastructure platform to support growing AI and 5G connectivity demand across the United States.
EQT's Active Core Infrastructure fund has agreed to acquire Crown Castle's Small Cells Solutions business for approximately $4.25 billion, adding a nationwide portfolio of approximately 115,000 small cells across 43 states serving the top three U.S. mobile network operators, with Zayo providing fiber to the small cells business under a concurrent long-term commercial agreement.
Hubbell has agreed to acquire NSI Industries, a leading manufacturer of electrical fittings, connectors, components, and wire management products, from Sentinel Capital Partners for $3.0 billion in cash — representing approximately 15.5x anticipated 2026 EBITDA — adding a business with approximately $570 million in anticipated 2026 revenue to its Electrical Solutions portfolio. The deal strengthens Hubbell's position across high-growth electrification verticals including light industrial, data center, and network infrastructure applications, and is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS in 2026.
KKR has agreed to sell CIRCOR Aerospace, the aerospace division of CIRCOR International, to Parker Hannifin for $2.55 billion — representing a strong return on KKR's $1.8 billion acquisition of the full CIRCOR business in 2023 — while retaining ownership of CIRCOR's Naval and Industrial businesses. The deal adds CIRCOR Aerospace's highly engineered, mission-critical fluid control, pneumatic, and actuation components across commercial aerospace and defense programs to Parker Hannifin's motion and control technology portfolio, marking KKR's fourth industrials realization of the year.
Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform connecting over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, for a total enterprise value of $2.167 billion in cash at $38.50 per share — a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price prior to announcement. The deal positions Publicis as a leader in data co-creation for the agentic AI era, combining LiveRamp's collaborative clean rooms and data connectivity platform with Epsilon's identity capabilities to help enterprise clients build smarter, proprietary AI agents — with the transaction expected to be immediately accretive to headline EPS and prompting Publicis to raise its 2027–2028 growth objectives.
American Securities has completed the sale of CPM Holdings, a global leader in highly engineered processing equipment for oilseed, animal feed, renewable energy, and plant-based food applications, to Rosebank Industries for approximately $2.1 billion — representing roughly 12x 2025 EBITDA — following a seven-year ownership period during which CPM expanded its aftermarket and recurring revenue offerings and grew its presence in renewable energy.
VSE Corporation has completed its acquisition of Precision Aviation Group, a global provider of aviation MRO, distribution, and supply chain services, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for approximately $2.025 billion in cash and equity. The deal adds PAG's 29 locations, 10,000+ global customers, and approximately $615 million in 2025 adjusted revenue to VSE's platform, creating a scaled independent aviation aftermarket pure-play with expanded engine, component, avionics, and proprietary repair capabilities across commercial, business and general aviation, rotorcraft, and defense end markets.
